ARS began in 2008 with one overall mission: How can we relieve pain points industry to industry. So, we asked questions, and we got answers. For example, what is your biggest concern with your company? John told us that his biggest concern was retention. He said that if his customers lose their jobs, they cannot afford to pay him their monthly fees. ARS used that knowledge and developed a program called involuntary unemployment insurance (IUI). Our IUI insurance program is being provided by one of the Great American Insurance companies, (A.M. best rated). If any of his customers lost their job, we made the payments on their behalf. For a small fee, he was able to mitigate his pain, offer his customer an insurance benefit and add a brand-new revenue source to his company.
Some customers like our client Leslie wanted to provide their employees the best benefits they could and not be charged a copay. Our Telemedicine program covers 1.3 million lives, and has over 250 board certified doctors signed up and while committed response times are under 2 hours actual response times average 23 minutes. Leslie offered this to her employee’s and in 12 months we reduced sick time in half.
Peter heard that identity theft was the number one crime in America. He asked to put together a program that would protect all of his customers. We put together a credit monitoring program that featured triple bureau scores and reports, as well as tools to help his customers increase their credit scores. We now
